    Mr Angus Armour

    EFIC Australia Managing Director & CEO

    Mr Angus Armour joined Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (EFIC) in 1993 in the project finance area, and after a succession of divisional management and strategic roles was appointed Managing Director in 2003. Prior to joining EFIC he worked with Export Development Canada in project and asset finance in Latin America, Europe and the United States; and the International Finance Corporation’s project advisory team for the South Pacific.

    Mr. Lindley Franklin has been with FCIA since 1975. In 2000 Mr. Franklin was elected President of FCIA and in 2005 he became CEO and Chairman. He has been an active participant in the Berne Union since 1983.

    Mr Topi Vesteri

    FINNVERA Finland Executive Vice President

    Mr Topi Vesteri joined Finnvera in 1998 after a 17-year commercial banking career. Mr Vesteri is Executive Vice President responsible for running Finland’s official export credit and guarantee system. He is Chairman of Board of Finnish Export Credit Ltd and Board member of Finnfund. He has Masters Degree in Law from the University of Helsinki and has been active in Berne Union since 1999.

    Mr. Rainer Wietstock is a partner at PwC Germany and heads the department for Investment Guarantees of the Federal Republic of Germany. He joined PwC in 1987 and gained extensive professional experience in the field of trade & investment insurance during his career.

    Ms Kimberly Wiehl has extensive experience in European loan syndications and global commodity finance. Previously, she was a Managing Director at JP Morgan in London.

    Mr Lennart Skarp brings direct experience to the Berne Union Secretariat from having a long career at the Swedish export credit agency EKN, as well as work in the OECD.
