Mr Johan SchrijverMr Johan Schrijver joined Atradius in 1976. After a career in various management positions within the company (in claims and recoveries, underwriting and project finance) he was appointed Managing Director of Atradius Dutch State Business in 2002. Prior to joining Atradius he was a lawyer. He holds a master's degree in law from Groningen University.'

Mrs Geetha Muralidhar
ECGC India Executive DirectorMrs Geetha Muralidhar is presently the sole executive director of ECGC, the export credit agency of India. Prior to this, she was the General Manager in charge of the banking division of ECGC which offers export credit insurance for banks. She has participated in various meetings on trade finance, risk management, credit insurance and other allied subjects relating to exports, both at national and international levels. She has been a member of the jury which selects the winners for international trade awards hosted by CNBC TV, India.
She is a graduate in Physics with Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations and in Human Resource Management.

CESCE Spain Country Risk and Debt Management DirectorMs Beatriz Reguero joined CESCE in 1999 and was appointed Director of Country Risk and Debt Managament in 2005. Prior to joining CESCE, she carried out her professional career in the public sector in the economic and trade fields. She has been an active participant in the Berne Union since 2000.

Mr Kenneth TinsleyMr Kenneth Tinsley joined US EXIMBANK in 1979 as a loan officer following five years as a commercial banker. As senior vice president of the Credit Management Group, Kenneth Tinsley is responsible for overseeing risk management including credit policy, credit review and compliance, country risk and economic analysis, and engineering and environmental analysis.
Tinsley holds bachelors and masters degrees in business administration from Howard University in Washington D.C.

Ms Joanne Palmer
EDC Canada Director of Political Risk InsuranceMs Joanne Palmer joined Export Development Canada (EDC) in 1980. Since that time, she has worked in a variety of positions in financing, political risk insurance and business strategy. As Director of Political Risk Insurance (PRI) since June 2002, she has been responsible for EDC’s PRI program, including all underwriting, new product development and portfolio management. She has made presentations on PRI-related topics at many public conferences. She holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a graduate of McGill University.

Berne UnionMr Fabrice Morel joined the Berne Union Secretariat in 2007, having previously worked for the World Bank’s MIGA in Washington D.C. and Allianz Group in Paris and Munich. He has been a participant at Berne Union meetings since 2003.
